Cancellation policy for regular holiday makers

• You have the option to cancel your order under the following conditions:
• The booking can be changed to another date within the same year free of charge.
• Cancellation must be made no later than 7 days before arrival – Prepaid bookings = cancellation fee of DKK 150.
• If you cancel later than the timely deadlines for cancellation, you lose the entire amount paid.
• The cancellation must be in writing by e-mail to sandvig@danhostel.dk, or via the place you have booked, eg hotels.com or booking.com.
• Reservations that are not paid on time can be freely canceled without further notice from our side.
• All bookings are paid at the time of booking or at the latest one month before arrival, unless other agreements have been made.

Group Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be notified at least 20 weeks prior to arrival.
If canceled between 10 weeks and 20 weeks prior to arrival, the customer will be charged 50% of the confirmed amount.
If canceled later than 10 weeks before arrival, the customer will be charged 100% of the total amount.

Groups must pay a booking fee of 10% of the total price of the stay payable on booking. The fee is not refundable on cancellation.

Cancellation policy for camp schools
Cancellation must be notified at least 20 weeks prior to arrival.
If canceled between 12 weeks and 20 weeks prior to arrival, the customer will be charged 50% of the confirmed amount.
If canceled later than 12 weeks before arrival, the customer will be charged 100% of the total amount.

In case of cancellation of individual students later than 1 week before arrival, full amount is payable.

Rates are per pupil / teacher per day / trip. There is no extra charge for teacher, they pay the same low price as the students. All prices are incl. VAT. 50 percent is invoiced in the deposit / booking fee approx. 3 months before arrival. Deposit / booking fee is non-refundable. So that spring camp schools pay 50 percent in January and fall camp schools pay 50 percent in April. The rest of the amount will be invoiced immediately prior to arrival.
